I want to stay in shape, so I’ve been eating less. I chew gum and drink a lot of water to cut my appetite down.
Yesterday I had a pastrami sandwich. I have always loved pastrami – but it didn’t sit well with me. I felt too heavy after eating it.
So, I am trying to figure out ways to replace unhealthy meals. I like traditional American food, but too much of it is bad for you.
My friends are always telling me about healthy foods that taste good – but they never actually taste good.
I drink a Japanese tea every morning, it’s great for my immune system, but it tastes awful.
