With everyone focused on Ukraine and Russia's vile attacks, many are forgetting about what's happening south of the border.
The Mexican people are victims of brutal cartels that have corrupted a government and an army, that has been historically corrupt.
On the surface, it seems that America is more prone to help Ukraine refugees while Mexicans continue to be dismissed, even though their situation grows similar.
This is further complicated by the left's open border agenda.
Is it race motivated? That can't be dismissed outright but here's the bulk of the problem.
Although it'll get denied by most liberals, former President Trump had made progress on the border with Mexico. He motivated Mexico to protect the border and straighten out its military.
The left has no real solution to solve the problems regarding immigration, has no intention of getting tough with Mexico to not only protect the border but to motivate their government to prioritize their people.
Ukraine needs our compassion, and so does Mexico. An open border won't help. |
