With everything going on surrounding the election, people are stressed. There is a lot of tension in the air.
So, what I recommend doing is simply going to sleep. Don’t get drunk, don’t smoke pot, don’t jump around – just sleep tonight.
Obviously, with the election, I have to work tonight. But if I didn’t have to work, I would go to sleep around 11pm.
If you can’t fall asleep, try relaxing while reading a book or listening to music. That usually puts me down for the night.
Hopefully when you wake up, we will know who won the election. That may not be possible, but I hope we know by morning.
So, I understand everyone is tense. Try not to work yourself up and try to get to bed by 11pm. That’s what’s best for you physically. |
