Bill's Final Predictions Before Election Day
Bill's Final Predictions Before Election Day

Hey BillOReilly.com Premium Members. Welcome to the No Spin News, the last one before the vote tomorrow.

So tomorrow night I’m going to just do a commentary thing, I’m not going to be around much. So if you want to see me, it’ll be about 8:15/8:20 in that regard. A few states will have been called by then.

If you believe the Washington insiders, Hillary Clinton has the race won. I’ve been watching and listening to all the Washington based people and they feel that the election is over.

But I’m saying to myself, if that were the case, why are they running around up to Michigan and a midnight deal in North Carolina? I mean, maybe they, they being the Clinton campaign, just want to be overly cautious. But I get the feeling that it’s not a slam dunk like the Washington insiders think it is.

However, there is only one chance that Donald Trump has. Only one. And that is that people who are outside the system for whatever reason, mostly white people, are going to show up to vote for him. So these are the people who when they get a call from a polling firm, they hang up. When they get an exit poll, they just walk by. Those people.

The Trump campaign thinks there are millions of them that are not sampled and are all going to go for him. I don’t know. It’s pure speculation. It’s a dogfight as far as polling is concerned. But you’ve got to say that Hillary Clinton has got the advantage right now.

Interestingly enough, and I’m just going to tell you guys, I’m not going to make a big deal out of it, we offered, of course, Clinton and Trump some air time tonight, Monday night. Both declined.

Now Hillary Clinton, she’s imperious. She doesn’t want to answer any questions. We understand that. And she’ll be that way as president too. She’ll be ignoring the press.

Donald Trump made a decision, and it’s him because his people suggest, but he makes the decision. He’s the decider, as President Bush the younger once said. He’s going to do the local retail campaigning and not the national media. Even me.

Now, I offered him, I didn’t talk to him, but I offered him through his campaign that he’d come on the phone tonight for about five/ten minutes. Now that’s an easy thing for him to do. I mean he’s running around, obviously, but he can call from the plane, he can do a whole bunch of things.

If I were him, I would have done that just to bring the folks up to speed all over the country and how you’re feeling on all that. It’s a personal touch that I think would have done him good. But he declined.

You remember four years ago—well you might not remember—but Romney did the same thing. Different situation. Romney thought he had it won. I don’t think Trump thinks he has it won. He’s putting on a good game face, but I don’t think he thinks he has it won.

A lot of people are asking, and again this is just speculation, what’s he going to do after it’s over if he doesn’t win? Is he going to be the potential head of the Republican Party?

I think Trump gets out of politics. I think he goes back to his lifestyle, which he liked. He’ll do some TV, he’ll have some projects, he’ll get a series, he’ll write a book. I don’t see him doing politics. I don’t. And I know him pretty well. I’ll be shocked if he stays in the political realm. I think he’ll say I gave it my shot, I think he’ll say it was rigged, I do believe that he will.

We’ll look at the evidence. We’re not going to poo-poo anything, but we’ve got to see it.

But I think about two weeks after, by Thanksgiving, Trump will be back in his mogul mode running around doing what Trump does. Down in Mar-a-Lago, playing a little golf…it’s not a bad life. So those are my predictions.

Final thing is that I do believe that the GOP, and I could be wrong, obviously, I don’t have a crystal ball, but I think the GOP is going to hold the senate. I think a lot of these states are very tight.

New Hampshire is a good example. I think Ayotte is going to win

The people pulling the lever for Hillary Clinton, a lot of them are not so sure and they’re going to say: you know what, I’m not going to give the Democrats that power in the senate…. I’ll vote for her but I’m going to put a Republican to keep her under control. So I say that the Republicans are going to do pretty well in the senate tomorrow night. But if I’m wrong, I’ll admit it to you guys.

I’m going to talk to you guys again on Wednesday, and we’ll know everything then. Thanks for being Premium Members, we’ll see you on Wednesday.
