Another day, another progressive spending proposal that many Americans will not pay attention to - but it’s important.

 

Democrats in Congress now want $3 trillion on top of the $2 trillion in Covid relief. That’s $5 trillion in new government spending and President Biden has only been in office for two months.

 

So what’s really going on here? The goal of the progressive movement is socialism. That means the democrats want to take as much money as possible from corporations and affluent Americans in order to provide free stuff to the have nots. Karl Marx is on board.

 

If you have massive government spending on entitlements and “infrastructure,” you can then raise taxes in a significant way to pay for it all. But only corporations and the well to do will pay.
