Bill has touched down in Tokyo, Japan. Here's a snapshot of the city at night, along with his agenda for tomorrow.
Bill adds -
"The reason Tokyo has low crime and few visible homeless is the country's tough drug laws. Possession of narcotics often brings jail time, and see you much later if you're caught selling drugs. Pot is illegal, and the cops are aggressive in enforcement. So, crack down on the crackheads, and public safety wins."
