Strong speech by President Trump about voter fraud. The President alleges China illegally accessed 220,000 million American voter files. He has posted backup on presidential websites, which promptly crashed.
Among other allegations is that Chinese espionage people paid journalists to write anti-Trump articles, that elements in the U.S. intelligence community covered up Chinese involvement in our elections, and that NBC and ABC should lose their licenses because they refused to cover the China story.
The primary spear point of China’s attack, according to the President, is hacking and targeting 18 states in manipulating the actual votes. Again, backup has been posted on WH websites.
The main point the President made is that the SAVE America Act must be passed by Congress.
As we all know, partisans will believe what they want to believe. Data doesn’t matter to them. The anti-Trump cadres will reject all of the accusations, saying there’s nothing new. The anti-Trump movement will not change no matter what.
One further note: before the China stuff, the President said the USA is defeating Iran. But no backup for that.
I will continue the analysis in my Sunday column. |
