Invest in Good Shoes
July 28, 2020

Recently, I had a small operation on my left foot. I had some sun damage from back in the day when I was a lifeguard.

I now understand how important my foot is, because it’s annoying when something is wrong with it.

So, I recommend buying good shoes – invest money in top of the line shoes, sneakers and sandals.

You shouldn’t buy them on the internet, go into the shoe store and try them on with socks. High quality shoes are expensive, but it’s worth it.

Walk them around the store and if the quality is good and they’re comfortable, pay the extra money – they will keep your feet in good shape.

The most important thing is that your shoes are comfortable because your feet are vital. You need to baby your feet.
