Some nice reporting by John Solomon at "Just the News" about the Trump document situation.  Someone leaked White House memos to Solomon proving President Biden was deeply involved in urging the Justice Department to investigate Trump.

I predicted that when the FBI raid happened because Mr. Biden is invested in criminalizing the Trump administration to further the interests of the Democratic Party, especially leading up to the midterm election.

Essentially, the memos from Biden's White House counsel say the President will not protect former President Trump as far as Executive Privilege is concerned.  Of course, if it comes down to "privilege" in the document case, the Supreme Court would have the final say.

But now we have a direct Biden-Trump brawl, perhaps extending to the 2024 presidential vote.  More reporting on tonight's No Spin News.
