If the midterm election were held today, the Republicans would get waxed. Americans are not a patient people and often vote emotionally.  Struggling to pay bills is VERY emotional.

Yes, President Biden screwed up the economy with massive federal spending and little oversight or problem-solving.  But the folks are long past old Joe; bringing him up is like saying the Mets collapsed this year.  It’s true, but so what?  It’s over. New season ahead.

President Trump will most likely make the midterms a personal matter - us against them, and you don’t want them.

But in order to get the turnout Republicans need to hold both houses, there has to be a strong turnout for wanting “us.”

Not easy.  But Mr. Trump believes he can do it.
