Believe it or not, I’m aging – and sometimes I find it challenging to bend over to pick stuff up.
Everybody gets a little constricted as you get older. The best way to combat that is to stretch in a methodical way – I recommend Tai Chi.
I was in China years ago and I noticed thousands of people outside doing Tai Chi. It’s a slow motion stretch – it’s not painful like sit-ups and push-ups.
Every part of your body, including your hands and feet, get stretched out while doing Tai Chi.
It only takes about 30 minutes to get a good stretch. Tai Chi is a gentle exercise and I think you will find it very useful. |
