It pains me to say this, but the exclusion of Robert Kennedy, Jr. from the presidential debates is a good thing for the country. I want to hear what Kennedy has to say, but since there's so much on the line in November, his presence would eat up valuable time and be a distraction.
Junior has no chance of winning, according to every poll.
The debate will be a fiasco without Kennedy because both Biden and Trump will say anything and accuracy is rarely a consideration. RFK, Jr. does the same thing as conspiracy stuff is a heavy part of his presentation.
We live in a time when seeking the truth is way down the list of priorities. People believe what they want to believe and that's that. Politicians well understand they can say pretty much anything and will not be held to account because the press has been infected with ideology. If your guy lies - ignore it.
And so, the USA will have debates. That's good. But much propaganda will be on display. That's bad. There will also be malice between Biden and Trump. Lots of malice.
Does CNN have people who can impose control?
No, they do not.
See you this evening for the No Spin News.
