-Jay-Z's team helps gets a case dismissed against a 6th grader who was arrested after refusing to stand for the Pledge of Allegiance. The kid should not have been arrested. And we'll examine the philanthropic division of Jay-Z's entertainment company.
-The State of the State of New Jersey: $1.6 million to help send illegal immigrants to college. We'll look at what's going on in the Garden State.
