Democratic Attorney General Barbara Underwood is suing to dissolve The Donald J. Trump Foundation and is seeking $2.8 million in restitution. The New York AG says that the Foundation "was little more than a checkbook for payments from Mr. Trump or his businesses to nonprofits, regardless of their purpose or legality." It is no accident that Underwood filed this lawsuit today.
