It's now reported that the father of NYC bomber Ahmad Khan Rahami alerted the FBI two years ago that his son may be involved in terrorism. The FBI apparently looked into the case but could find no reason to connect Rahami to a terror group. It's not the first time we've heard about a would-be attacker slipping through the cracks when it comes to an FBI investigation. So how do we prevent it from happening again?
