The newest controversy surrounding the Trump administration is migrant children being detained at the southern border.  The anti-Trump forces are going full throttle against a new policy of arresting adults who cross into the USA illegally and, in the process, putting their children into separate facilities.  The media is reporting that kids are locked in “cages” using the most sensational image possible.

The government should know how bad this looks and how innocent children are actually suffering.  That kind of scenario is unacceptable to most Americans as exemplified by former First Lady Laura Bush’s withering criticism.  The Trump administration will not win on this one and it should reverse course today.

The temporary solution is to warehouse illegal entrant families together.  Yes, a tough separation policy may inhibit others from breaking immigration laws, but the price is too high.  As we previously suggested, the feds should use military bases to house the migrants and adjudicate their cases as quickly as possible.

It is certainly true that the situation is once again driven by open border advocates who believe America should accept all or most foreigners who arrive here.  Smuggling people into the USA is now a huge industry and tonight on the No Spin News, I will explain how the illegal business works and how President Trump should handle this.  It’s another segment well worth watching.

Thanks for visiting us today.  See you this evening beginning at 7 for an important program.
