Politico: Al Qaeda has released a posthumous recording from Osama bin Laden praising protests spreading throughout the Middle East that the terrorist leader predicted would lead to revolutions in countries that had been ruled by Muslim "tyrants." "I think that the winds of change will blow over the entire Muslim world, with permission from Allah," bin Laden said in a 12-minute audio recording posted Wednesday on Islamic militant websites in which he calls the changes in leadership "victories."
