Another liberal judge rules against national security and for open borders.  

Richard Seeborg appointed by President Obama and a resident of San Francisco, blocked the federal government from ordering foreign nationals seeking asylum to remain in Mexico while their requests are processed.

 

Judge Seeborg knows millions of migrants are or will seek asylum in the USA and is perfectly fine with allowing each and every one of them to reside in America for years until their cases are heard.

 

This is anarchy but the open border people, including Judge Seeborg, are pleased that millions of folks will pour into the country and the taxpayers will pick up the multi-billion dollar tab.

 

The uber-liberal Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals will not over turn Seeborg’s ruling so the Supreme Court is the last refuge of sanity.  That is unless congress passes a new immigration law that deals with the asylum con and other things.

 

With democrats ruling the House, no immigration reform will happen because, like the judge, that party wants open borders.
