Washington Times: The Mexican Army has arrested six members of the violent drug cartel known as Los Zetas as suspects in the Feb. 15 shooting death of U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) Agent Jaime Zapata, who was killed after he and his partner were ambushed on a major Mexican highway in broad daylight. One of those arrested, Julian Zapata Espinoza, was identified as a Los Zetas cell leader, taken into custody with the others during a raid on a gang safe house in San Luis Potosi, about 250 miles north of Mexico City. Agent Zapata and his partner, Victor Avila, were driving from Monterrey to Mexico City where they were assigned to ICE's attache office when drug cartel members forced their vehicle from a roadway and opened fire.
