Wall Street Journal: In the first ad of her presidential campaign, Rep. Michele Bachmann (R., Minn.) flatly refused to vote to increase the U.S. debt limit. "We can't keep spending money that we don't have," Ms. Bachmann says, as an upbeat acoustic guitar plays in the background. "I [pause] will [pause] not vote to increase the debt ceiling."
