Will Gun Control Stop these Mass Shootings?

Glenn Beck started off his weekly segment with Bill by discussing gun control. On Nov. 5, 26 people were killed at the First Baptist Church of Sutherland Springs in Texas. Now, the alleged gunman had previously been court-martialed in 2012 on two charges of assaulting his spouse and their child, which was confirmed by a U.S. Air Force spokeswoman. The man was confined for a year, reduced in rank to airman basic E-1 and given a bad conduct discharge in 2014.

The left has been calling for gun control for years. They have to understand that any sort of bill or law will never solve the problem of mass shootings. People will always be able to access guns and commit crimes if that’s their intention. Right now, dangerous people can get guns. And if they choose to, they can go out and shoot people. The alleged gunman in Texas should have been under watch not only by authorities, but by his family and friends after he was discharged. Bill says that when friends and family start to see a person behaving in an odd manner they should be able to call their local authorities and have that person taken into observation for a few days. Currently, people are too afraid to speak up if they witness anything out of the ordinary because they don’t want to get sued or called names, etc. So what is the next step?

Watch out World, Holly is Taking Over!

You know Holly is becoming a household name when Glenn Beck brings her up on his radio show. Beck mentioned that he saw the adorable picture of Bill’s two dogs, Holly and Fiona during the BillOReilly.com Town Hall this week. Bill says he knows she’s becoming a Superstar when the last question of the town hall was, “Bill do you have any other pets?” Holly will probably be substituting as an anchor on “Meet the Press” soon.

Why was Uranium One kept so secretive?

Another topic discussed by Bill and Beck today was Uranium One, which Beck says is being dismissed by the left as a hoax. Bill sees it another way and says that unfortunately, you have to assume that nothing will come of this story. The people hoping that they’ll see Hillary Clinton indicted are sure to be disappointed because that just won’t happen. However, there is something wrong in Mueller’s investigation—why was it kept so secretive for so long? Why didn’t Eric Holder, the Attorney General at the time, and the FBI explain to the folks what was going on? Those are the questions that need to be answered.

Fusion GPS: A Threat to Our Republic?

The topic that really got Bill and Beck fired up was the Fusion GPS story. Bill says that this story rises above all others.

What you have is an organization that was hired by Democrats and the Clinton Campaign who paid over 6 figures to dig up dirt on Donald Trump during the election. Now, the Clinton Campaign has already admitted to paying money for this information on Trump, so you have a paper trail and hard evidence.

Fusion GPS co-founder Glenn Simpson refused to answer key questions during his seven-hour, closed-door appearance before the House Intelligence Committee. However, Simpson did acknowledge that he did not personally look into certain aspects of the dossier which was authored by former British intelligence officer Christopher Steele and contained salacious allegations about the Trump team’s ties to Russia.

Now, this should be a crime, it should be defamation! It can be proven this was an intrusion into our election. This sort of thing is a threat to our Republic. This is going to lead someplace and it’s a story that people need to pay attention to. It may have swayed the entire election, but you’ll never see this in the NYT or other liberal media outlets because they know the danger this might have caused.
