Vladimir Putin: The Troublemaker

Hey BillOReilly.com Premium Members. Welcome to the No Spin News for January 5th, Thursday, 2017.

It’ll be an interesting day tomorrow because Donald Trump is going to be briefed by the intel people, and they have to tell him face-to-face what evidence they have that Putin interfered in the election.

So Trump’s reaction after that briefing will be telling. I understand that the CIA and the National Security folks, the NSA, can’t give away their sources because they can get killed. Those people can get killed.

I don’t have the skepticism that some of you have—I believe that Putin did it. I don’t believe it influenced much, I mean, I think it was an interesting news story, but I don’t think people said “I’m not going to vote for Hillary Clinton because of the leaks that the Russians are putting out, the hack.” I don’t believe that, it doesn’t make any sense.

However, if Putin did it, then the USA has to…Obama put some sanctions on them, threw a few people out, but not much.

Trump wants a good relationship with Russia, which is not a bad thing to want, but Putin is a scoundrel, and if you’re going to have a relationship with him, there’s got to be some rules. He can’t be doing damage to the USA or to the world. If he stops and behaves like a rational human being, ok. But interfering in the election, hacking…and I don’t believe that Putin said “oh I want Donald Trump to be president.” He just wanted to create as much chaos for America as he could. That’s my belief.

In the long run, it’s probably better for Putin if Hillary Clinton had been president, because the Democratic Party doesn’t want confrontation with anybody, least of all the Russians. Whereas Trump is a much more confrontational guy. I mean, look at the Secretary of Defense, Mattis. I mean, he’s a strong guy. Does Putin like that? No, Putin is not going to like Mattis.

So it doesn’t shake that Putin would want Trump to win, he just wanted to create all kinds of havoc, and he was able to get into the DNC people, Podesta’s website, so that’s what happened, in my opinion.

I wish I were getting debriefed with Trump so I could tell you exactly what’s going on, but I don’t have that privilege.
