Famous or infamous, attorney Alan Dershowitz revealed the other day that former President Obama wouldn't attend his birthday party unless he disinvited former Fox Newser Geraldo Rivera.

 

What?

 

Dershowitz, to his credit, refused to abandon his friend.

 

Whether or not Obama or a member of his team made the silly request, it is still important for people to interact with those who don't politically align.  That's what this country is all about.

 

The odd part about this story is that Geraldo is very moderate, liberal on many topics.
