Fox Chicago: The prosecution has begun laying out its case against former-Governor Rod Blagojevich in his federal corruption trial, saying he took part in a series of "illegal shakedowns." Opening statements began Tuesday afternoon, with Assistant U.S. Attorney Carrie Hamilton laying out the "illegal shakedowns" Blagojevich engaged in while in office.
