With the announcement that Supreme Court Justice Stephen Breyer is retiring, President Biden now has an opportunity to put his own stamp on America's highest court.  

However, Biden now puts himself back in the spotlight for pledging to nominate a Black woman when he was a presidential candidate.

Let's be honest, conservatives will be unhappy with Biden's pick no matter what - but it will be interesting to see if the President sticks to his pledge.

In an ideal world, we would get the most qualified person for the job, which may be a Black woman. But instead, President Biden has made it about himself and filling quotas to appease racial groups on the left.
