ABC News: ..."The image of having the members of one branch of government standing up literally surrounding the Supreme Court cheering and hollering while the court, according to requirements of protocol, has to sit there expressionless," Roberts said, "I think is very troubling." Chief Justice Roberts went on to say that if the State of the Union is going to resemble a political pep rally, perhaps the judicial branch should not attend.
