New York Daily News: A thousand soldiers struggled to keep order in the earthquake-hit Chilean city of Concepcion, where about 160 people were arrested for breaking a curfew designed to curb widespread looting. President Michelle Bachelet imposed a dusk-to-dawn curfew in the two provinces closest to the epicenter of Saturday's massive earthquake and sent in the army to help the overwhelmed police.
