The Hill: Jon Corzine received no relief from his former colleagues in the Senate Tuesday, as lawmakers demanded answers from him and other top executives at the bankrupt firm MF Global about the fate of more than a billion dollars in missing customer funds. Sen. Debbie Stabenow (D-Mich.), who became a senator alongside Corzine in 2001, swore in the Democrat and former New Jersey governor, alongside top executives at the bankrupt firm. Other than noting his Senate stint from 2001 to 2006 in recounting his biography at the opening of the hearing, she largely ignored the fact that they once worked together. She referred to him repeatedly as "Mr. Corzine," whereas some of her GOP counterparts referred to him as "Governor."
