The battle between late night host Jimmy Kimmel and New York Jets quarterback Aaron Rodgers continues to garner attention from the media, after the former's appearance on ESPN's The Pat McAfee Show.

Rodgers has strong opinions on Covid, Dr. Anthony Fauci, Jeffrey Epstein and tends to lean into the conspiracy theories surrounding them.

Is living in a conspiracy theory world healthy?  Probably not.  But Rodgers reflects a portion of Americans who were/are unhappy with the government's reaction to Covid, the virus' origins, and the suspicious death of billionaire pedophile Epstein.

Kimmel, represents a portion of the country that thinks it's unpatriotic to diminish the vaccine and that "crazy" conspiracy theories should not be indulged in.

And while Kimmel was unhappy with Rodger's alleged accusations he was tied to Epstein, he did start the feud with Rodgers by mocking him incessantly on his ABC show.  That's a pretty large platform.

The most interesting part of this feud is McAfee, who is barraged by criticism for allowing Rodgers on, criticism that his program shouldn't be on ESPN.

McAfee and his crew try to be positive, don't present themselves as journalists, and represent a large portion of the country who either don't feel strongly either way on the issues, or just want to be respectful of all opinions from their sports guests.

What's wrong with that?
