Before yesterday’s European soccer championship game between England and Italy, they played the national anthems of both countries. ESPN cameras captured both players and fans actively singing. No one knelt.
Contrast that to America where attention-seeking athletes routinely use our anthem to disrespect the country. So why the difference?
Both Italy and England have race and migration problems. In addition, the English education system is heavily weighted against the working class.
