Interesting being here in Palm Beach, Florida, among some of the wealthiest people in the world. No homeless camps on the island. They are across the bridge in West Palm Beach.

Florida is hot, and I'm not talking climate. Folks here understand their state is one of the freest in the country, and there's a feeling of pride about that, not just from the rich.

In the past, Florida was a battleground state, but now sentiment has shifted to the red zone. The liberal embrace of Covid mandates has caused that.

Governor Ron DeSantis is a genuine candidate for president, but he won't primary Donald Trump if the former president runs. The corrupt liberal media is trying to drive a wedge between DeSantis and Trump because the smart money understands a Trump/DeSantis ticket would be tough to beat.

I don't know what kind of relationship the two men have, so I can't predict what will happen. But I do know DeSantis has a future in national politics.

I will be back in New York for the Superbowl and will report on it Monday. In the meantime, have a fun weekend.
