Fox failed to get former President Trump to participate and oddly has released a number of restrictions to other media who will react to the other Republican candidates and their case for the nomination.
Basically, Fox is trying to dictate how they are presented and how long people will be able to react to the clips.
Or is this a strategy to stop Donald Trump from using the debate to prove his points and turn the focus on Fox and the attacks from his opponents in a future ad?
