Wall Street Journal: Germany's decision to abandon nuclear power by 2022 is sparking a backlash from the country's biggest utilities, amid a debate in the country about the costs of shifting to other energy sources. German energy company E.ON AG said on Tuesday that it will seek "billions of euros" in damages from the German government because of Chancellor Angela Merkel's plan to shut the country's nuclear reactors, making E.ON the second reactor operator to threaten the government with legal action.
