USA Today: A set of polls out today adds to the narrative that Newt Gingrich is soaring in the race for the GOP nomination. The former House speaker has a double-digit lead over Mitt Romney in Iowa, South Carolina and Florida surveys taken by CNN/Time/ORC. Romney is 9 percentage points ahead of Gingrich in New Hampshire, but that poll shows Gingrich has shot up 19 points.
