KCTV-TV: It's not just a pinch at the pump that's bogging down the budgets of many in the Kansas City area. Federal officials said prices at the grocery store are also expected to continue to rise. Industry officials said meat products such as beef and pork are expected to rise as much as 7 to 8 percent this year. They also said fruits and vegetables are increasing at a rate of about 4.5 percent.
