New York Daily News: Slippery BP Chief Executive Tony Hayward threw up smokescreens Thursday on what he knew and when he knew it about the Gulf disaster. "I was not involved in that decision so it's impossible for me to answer," the soft-spoken Hayward replied with British aplomb, to the frustration of members of the House Oversight and Investigations Subcommittee seeking details on what led to the rig blowout and massive spill.
