A new CNN poll says the Democratic Party has the lowest favorable rating in 25 years at 37 percent.
 
Nevertheless, the Dems won Gubernatorial races in Virginia and New Jersey yesterday mainly because the Republican Party’s favorable rating stands at 30 percent.  Terrible.
 
As you may know, I am not a party guy - my voter registration is independent.  I vote for problem solvers, a dying breed.
 
The Republican leadership, including President Trump, should understand that voters are now cynical - disgusted with both parties.  Only positive legislation will turn that around.
 
Thus tax reform becomes vital to the GOP.  The party must get it passed or Democrats will win next year’s mid/term elections by a wide margin.
 
Americans admire achievement.  The GOP has little this year.
 
Tonight on the No Spin News, we’ll talk about a new strategy that Donald Trump might consider in order to save his party.
 
Also, the Fake News epidemic:  I’ll have some strong words about that.
