We are heavily investigating the ICE/Minnesota shooting.  Here are some of the key questions in the case. Did Mayor Frey and Governor Walz incite protests against the federal government by using incendiary rhetoric before the immigration sweep began?

Were the ICE agents overly aggressive when confronted by protesters?

The vehicle involved was actively impeding a federal investigation.  Is that a crime?

The video of the shooting clearly shows the woman driver moving toward the federal agent who shot her. That contradicts statements by Frey, Walz, and the Minneapolis Chief of Police. How did those officials get it wrong?

Were the protesters part of any group? Was the anti-ICE demonstration spontaneous?
