The Republican Party senses danger in the midterm election this year.  Yesterday, Wisconsin Governor Scott Walker, an astute political observer, warned the Grand Old Party that it risks losing both houses of Congress if perceptions of President Trump do not change.  Since Mr. Trump has been in office, Democrats have picked up 34 legislative seats in states across the country.
