Well, yesterday’s impeachment hearing was a fiasco as I reported last night.  I’ll let the pundits do the micro stuff about what President Trump did or did not do. All I can tell you is that this whole thing is a colossal waste of time.  The President has a valid defense for wanting Ukraine to cooperate in the election corruption investigation and that’s that.

 

Joe Biden is the big loser here.  He has no defense.  As Vice-President he threatened Ukraine and his son got big money from a Ukrainian company. Might not be a crime but it’s unethical all day long and pretty much everyone knows it.  Mr. Biden is a weak candidate for president.

 

As for Donald Trump, he will frustrate his disloyal opposition once again.  But the President would be wise to learn from this and be very careful how he speaks on official matters.
