Jon Stewart takes shot at Laura Ingraham for use of Holocaust poem

Raw Story: ...Ingraham closed with the famous Holocaust poem "First They Came" to make her point. "I'm saying with great respect closing with this, 'First they came for the rich and I did not speak out because I was not rich,'" announced Ingraham.

Dripping with sarcasm, Stewart noted, "You said with great respect you are paraphrasing the famous homily about the Holocaust to complain about the government possibly raising the marginal tax rate back to where it was in the Clinton years. You don't have to say with great respect, it's implied. I mean it's so obviously equal."
