Examiner.com: San Diego's SeaWorld has thrilled visitors for years with its killer whales. Shamu, perhaps the park's most famous killer whale, puts on a show that has been described as having "more flash-and certainly more splash-than a rock concert." But the animal rights group People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals (PETA), says the park is "enslaving" the orcas, and filed a lawsuit claiming the park violated the whales 13th Amendment rights.
