NY1: The jury in the first civilian trial of a former Guantanamo Bay detainee is expected to resume deliberations today, after a judge rejected a request by a juror to be excused from the case. One of the jurors in the trial of alleged al-Qaida supporter Ahmed Ghailani sent a note saying she was alone in her views, and her opinion was not going to change. She said she felt she was being attacked for her conclusion, and asked to be removed from the case.
