Fox News: Lindsay Lohan will be arraigned on Wednesday and charged with felony grand theft for stealing a $2,500 necklace from a Venice boutique, TMZ reports. The single count of felony grand theft will be filed in a Los Angeles court on Wednesday morning, and Lohan will be arraigned at 1:30 PM, the site reports.
