NY1: Dozens of Occupy Wall Street protesters had their day in Manhattan Criminal Court on Thursday to answer to charges stemming from a recent march. The protesters were arrested during a march from Zuccotti Park to Union Square back on September 24, and faced charges ranging from resisting arrest to disturbing the peace. Those arrested were given the option to seal their tickets as long as they agreed to stay out of trouble for six months. However, 53 protesters most opted to not take the Adjournment in Contemplation of a Dismissal (ACD) and chose to go to trial. Only nine defendants accepted the deal.
