Huffington Post: Three liberal groups -- MoveOn.org, People for the American Way and Alliance for Justice Action Campaign -- have launched a new ad attacking the Supreme Court for recently getting too cozy with big corporations. The ad (seen below) is titled "The Supreme Court: Corporate America's Newest Subsidiary?" and argues that recent moves such as the Court's Citizen's United decision, last year's Gross v. FBL Financial Services decision against age discrimination measures, and a dual set of rulings which weakened the EPA's Clean Water Act, serve as proof that the Supreme Court is in the pocket of big business.
