Daily Caller: Dr. Malik Zulu Shabazz, the current Chairman of the New Black Panther Party, hit back against FOX News and its current coverage of the 2008 voter intimidation scandal. In an interview with Russian TV, Mr. Shabazz said FOX was "at war with Obama and the Justice Department" and had no intention of "being fair and balanced".

The chairman claimed the current focus on the Black Panther story by FOX News was not surprising because Mid-term elections were coming up and extreme right wing Republicans were determined to provoke racial fear throughout the country. Mr. Shabazz asserts that racial fear is the technique Fox News uses "to stir up the Tea Party movement and the anti-Obama vote" in an attempt to manipulate the outcome of the elections.
