New York Times: The Tea Party movement scored another victory when it helped propel a dissident Republican, Christine O'Donnell, to an upset win over Representative Michael N. Castle in the Sept. 14 primary. Republicans had been counting the Delaware seat, which was vacated by Joseph R. Biden Jr. after he became vice president, as among those they believed they could use to reach a majority in the Senate. But Ms. O'Donnell is having a hard time in the general election. The Democratic nominee is Chris Coons, the county executive in New Castle County.
