Seattle Post-Intelligencer: The Tea Party's champion Rep. Michele Bachmann has surged in the Republican presidential race, but still runs behind establishment GOP favorite ex-Gov. Willard "Mitt" Romney, according to a new NBC News/Wall Street Journal poll. Romney, a former Massachusetts governor, is ahead with 30 percent, with Bachmann at 16 percent - up from 3 percent a month ago before she announced her candidacy.
