Obama approval rating cracks 50% in only 10 states

USA Today: President Obama had a 50% or more approval rating last year in only 10 states, plus the District of Columbia -- all blue states, Gallup reports. In his 10 worst states, Obama's average approval ratings were 36.5% or lower -- though those are Republican red states.
